The Quit Smoking Now program is a comprehensive tobacco cessation program that combines group support and Nicotine Replacement therapy in a 6-week program led by a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist. Meetings are an hour and occur once a week for the duration of the 6-week program. During the program, participants learn about managing tobacco addiction, coping with withdrawal symptoms, how to prevent relapse, as well as how to manage stress through lifestyle changes. The Quit Smoking Now Program is instructed by a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist and Nicotine Replacement Therapy is provided to participants to support their quit plan, free of charge. The instructor is available for follow up and support. New participants are accepted during the 1st and 2nd sessions only.
