The Santa Rosa Board of County Commissioners will hold an Oath of Office Ceremony and Board Reorganization Meeting in the Administrative Complex, 6495 Caroline St. in Milton, on Tues., Nov. 22 at9 a.m. This meeting will be streamed live and archived online.
