Annually\, Formosan termites cause over $1 billion of damage in the United States alone and the gulf coast is a known hot spot for this invasive pest. \;

\n Learn about termites from the experts at the University of Florida\, Florida A &\; M University and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services on Tues.\, Apr. \;16\, 6-7:30 p.m. at UF/IFAS Extension Santa Rosa County Office\, 6263 Dogwood Drive in Milton. \;
\n A panel discussion will be led by state experts and professors to answer your termite questions. \;Specific topics will include:\n\n \n - Termite biology including simple ways to identify them.
\n - Available termite pest control protection for the home.
\n - Identifying and fixing the weaknesses in and around homes.
