DESCRIPTION:WHAT IS THE MILITARY AFFAIRS COMMITTEE (MAC)?\n\n\n\nThe Military Affairs Committee (MAC) is a group of Navarre Chamber Members committed to promoting a cooperative working relationship and direct support to the military bases in the Navarre area.\n\n\n\nThe purpose of the MAC is:\n\n	To assist military units in meeting their goals\n	Promote an understanding between the civilian and military communities\n	Enhance the quality of life for our military and their families.\n\n\n\nComprised of civic and local leaders\, the Navarre Chamber MAC meets quarterly to discuss issues relating to the civilian-military relationship.  Lunch is served at the meeting and is sponsored by a MAC Member.\n\n\n\n2019 MAC Meeting Dates:\n\n\n	Monday\, March 4 at 11:30 am - Lunch Sponsor:  TBA\n	 \n	Monday\, June 3 at 11:30 am - Lunch Sponsor:  Hampton Inn & Suites Navarre\n	 \n	Monday\, August 5 at 11:30 am - Lunch Sponsor:  Mike & Nancy Sandler\n	 \n	Monday\, November 4 at 11:30 am - Lunch Sponsor:  TBA\n\n\n\nFor their support and contribution\, MAC members enjoy many military events such as:\n\n\n	Change of command & retirement ceremonies and dinners\n	Base tours\n	Other special events throughout the year\n\n\n\nThe MAC takes great pride in serving our chamber\, our community and our United States Military.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHOW CAN I JOIN?\n\n\n\nAny member of the Navarre Chamber may join MAC for $50 per year.
