DESCRIPTION:The Christmas in the Park Committee's first meeting is scheduled for Tuesday\, July 16th at 3 pm at the Navarre Chamber/VIC.  This committee helps organize and decorate Navarre Park for the holidays and for the Christmas in the Park event - including the annual Navarre Christmas Parade.\n\n\n\nPlease come for an hour long meeting to briefly discuss these items below and any you bring to the table:\n\n\n	\n		Review calendar of dates \n		\n			\n				Volunteer Saturday work days\n			\n				Deadlines\n		\n	\n	\n		Start focusing on theme \n		\n			\n				Do we want to change it this year\n		\n	\n	\n		Parade\n		\n			\n				Do we want to change the parade route\, change of venue completely\n			\n				Do we want a Grand Marshall of the Parade\n			\n				Get the Yacht Club involved this year   Parade of Boats\n		\n	\n	\n		Encourage recruitment of a Title Sponsor for the entire event \n	\n		Review of Subcommittee Leads for 2013 (especially one to promote sponsorships)\n	\n		Start review of Christmas decoration repairs\n\n\n	\n		Repair of existing\n	\n		Painting of items \n	\n		Ideas for new ones\n	\n		Removal of those no longer used \n\nChristmas in the Park is scheduled for Saturday\, December 7th.
