DESCRIPTION:The Center for Wound Care\, part of the Santa Rosa Medical Center family\, will host a free screening for peripheral artery disease\, also known as PAD. The screening will be held on September 15 from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.\n \n \n PAD may also be refered to as poor circulation\, or hardening of the arteries. The disease progresses over time at variable rates in each individual depending on the area of circulation effected and one's health and family history. \n \n \n The screening is open to the public\, and includes diagnostics and a physician review.
