This gentle practice focuses on unplugging and turning inward which results in balancing your energy\, feeling rejuvenated\, replenished\, and restored.\n\n \n\nThe practice will begin and end with a Moonlight Meditation or the Sacred Sounds of crystal singing bowls.\n\nThere is no charge for this service but we are asking for cash love offerings. Love offering will be donated to the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center.
