Nina will guide you through a beginner friendly slow flow Yoga practice. This practice focuses on unplugging and turning inward which results in balancing your energy and feeling rejuvenated\, replenished\, and restored.\n\n\n\nThere is no charge for our Full Moon Beach Yoga class but we are asking for cash love offerings. Proceeds are being donated to the Santa Rosa County Animal Services. WE THANK YOU for your support!\n\n\n\nOnline registration is required. The system will allow you to register for free.\n\nWhat to bring: A sheet/blanket for your yoga practice\, water in a reusable bottle and anything else that is going to help you enjoy your practice more.
