How do we inspire them to take responsibility for their jobs\, to understand that their goal each day should be to help the company succeed? \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nIn this workshop\, you will learn the three foundations of people management that create a culture of personal responsibility and accountability that releases you from their drama and allows more time to think about driving success in your business.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nABOUT THE SPEAKER\n\n\n\n\n\nDennis Schroeder has enjoyed award-winning success as a front-line manager for four decades in food service\, television advertising\, and telecommunications. He is the Regional Sales Manager for Cox Business on the Gulf Coast. He has served on a number of non-profit boards\, including the Navarre Beach Area Chamber Board\, is a Fiesta of Five Flags Commando\, and the Economic Development Council for Okaloosa County.\n\n\n\n\n\nDennis holds a summa cum laude bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of West Florida and authors a popular global-reach blog\, "Manager in the Middle\," which helps managers with the things no one ever teaches them.
