DESCRIPTION:Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce\n\nand Women 2 Women Connecting to Co-Host\n\nPremiere Navarre Women's Expo "Women Empowering Women"\n\n \n\nThe Premiere Navarre Women's Expo\, presented by Cherie Rice (Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate) and Sarah Hasty (New York Life Insurance Company)\, will be Saturday\, October 17th\, 2015\, from 9 am - 1 pm at the Navarre Conference Center\, 8700 Navarre Parkway. \n\n \n\nThe Women's Expo will feature women owned businesses and organizations that support and provide services to women in the Navarre area.  Throughout the event\, there will be special guest speakers\, a fashion show\, presentations and demonstrations.  It will be a great opportunity for women in the Navarre area to see what types of goods and services are available here. \n\n \n\n\n\nHeadlining the Guest Speaker List will be Lourdes Colon\, Hollywood actress and Emmy nominee. Lourdes\, best known for your character on "Without A Trace" will be speaking about her inspiring and courageous story that has become an award winning documentary: Create Option C: My Journey With Cancer.   \n\n \n\n\n\nAlso speaking at the EXPO is the woman that inspired the Beatles' song "Dear Prudence\," Prudence Farrow Burns\, PhD\, is an American author\, meditation teacher\, and film producer. She is the daughter of film director John Farrow and actress Maureen O'Sullivan\, and the younger sister of actress Mia Farrow. \n\n \n\n\n\nAlso joining the lineup is up and coming author\, Danika Marie.  Danika thrives on human connection and growth. She says everyone has a story to tell and the power of communication is essential for all success.  She will be focusing on the importance of staying mindful in life's journey.  Positivity\, sharing and persevering are vital for any goal or dream to become a reality. \n\n \n\n\n\nThe 2015 Women's Expo will feature interactive booths and activities from local small businesses\, community and non-profit organizations\, as well as health-related businesses.
