The ceremony is at 10:30 a.m. on Wed.\, Nov. 9.\n\n						 \n\n						"We're excited to dedicate a time capsule that will be opened 50 years from now\," said Commissioner Robert A. "Bob" Cole\, Chairman and District 2. "The time capsule will not only show how far we've come with building the new facility but how much further we've gone."\n\n						 \n\n						The time capsule includes newspaper clippings of historic events that have happened in Santa Rosa County\, coins\, memorabilia from the courthouse ribbon-cutting ceremony\, and more. \n\n						# # #
