5th Annual “Treasure Your Community: Health & Resource Fair”

LOCATION:                     
Navarre High School Cafeteria ● 8600 High School Boulevard
 
SET UP:                         
Friday, September 25^th                  (4:30 pm - 6 pm)
                                            
Saturday, September 26^th             (7:30 am - 9 am)
                             
SPACE:                               Vendors receive one (1) six (6) foot table and one (1) chair
                                            
Presenting, Gold & Silver Sponsors receive two (2) six (6) foot tables and (2) chairs
                                            
Bronze Sponsors receive one (1) six (6) foot table and one (1) chair
 

• You are welcome to bring additional tables & chairs, but please keep everything within your 10x10 space (unless you are a sponsor)
•  
• Tablecloths are NOT supplied.

 
PARKING:                        
After unloading, Vendors/Sponsors need to park in the parking lot to the far
EAST of the main entrance to the school (in front of the football stadium)
 
ELECTRICITY:                 
There is limited electricity available.                                    

• If you requested electricity, you will be responsible for bringing your own extension cord/power strip.

 
DOOR PRIZE:                 
Vendors are asked to bring a door prize to be given away near the end of event

• All attendees will be given a Treasure Map with all vendors listed. 
• Attendees that return their completed Map to the Treasure Chest at the Navarre High School Booth will be eligible for the Door Prizes.
• Winners do not have to be present to win.  They will be notified via phone.

 
BREAKDOWN:            
Noon on Saturday, September 26^th (PLEASE do not breakdown early!)
 

• Please make sure to remove all items/trash from your booth in a timely manner and place
• Please place all trash in approved containers before you leave.
