The Navarre Amateur Radio Club (NCARC) in conjunction with Navarre CERT will be participating in the annual ARRL Field Day. This is the largest on-the-air gathering of amateur radio operators in the world. The last full weekend each June, thousands of operators across the United States take to the outdoors or other alternative operating locations to demonstrate to the public their capability of providing radio communications while operating under "Emergency" conditions.

They will be operating for a full 24 hours from the Black Skimmer pavilion out on Navarre Beach. (Just look for all the antennas as you cross the bridge!)
Free--You do NOT have to have an Amateur Radio license to participate!
