Blue Star Marker Dedication
A Blue Star Dedication Ceremony and unveiling. Navarre Garden Club and the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc. the Florida Department of Transportation has designated the portion of U.S. Highway 98 in Santa Rosa County from the Okaloosa County line to the Escambia County line, as a Blue Star Memorial Highway.
