Commissioner Parker will be giving an overview of the Santa Rosa Improvement Vitalization Enterprise (StRIVE) Grant that is intended to provide small business owners with grants for façade improvements and signage. StRIVE will provide funding to upgrade the appearance of property, increase property value, and stimulate economic activity within Santa Rosa County.
