Florida SBDC at UWF Presents “UWF Business Academy”

Spring into action with the UWF Business Academy this April and gain an understanding of how to analyze, improve, and grow your business!  Participants in this five-week training course will learn how to properly plan, market, effectively manage, and grow their businesses!  Sign up on April 13^th for the entire Business Academy Series and be well on your way to growing your business. 1st Session: Business Model Canvas. Is your business model generating profit or has the market shifted and your existing model is no longer working? This session will cover the 9 building blocks of your business model including Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships, and Cost Structure. Effectively using resources, strategic partnerships, and delivering clear messages of your product value to customers can put more money into your pocket!
