Free Educational Seminar: Treatment of Reflux - Community Event

Fort Walton Beach Medical Center and John R. Brent, MD will present a free educational workshop on October 13 to inform residents about a new incisionless procedure to treat chronic acid reflux disease also known as GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease). 

While heartburn is the most common symptom of acid reflux disease, other symptoms include regurgitation, frequent swallowing, asthma like symptoms, sleep disorders, burning in the mouth or throat and intolerance to certain foods as well as some others.
