Above all, Ross is a devoted husband to his wife Amy and a proud father to their three children—Ellie, Emmett, and Jack—who inspire his commitment to leading with integrity, humility, and excellence both personally and professionally.
Stacy Clearman is a bi-vocational leader with over 20 years of experience bridging business strategy and local church ministry. A University of Southern Mississippi graduate with a B.S. in Business Communications (plus a Bible degree through Global University/Southeastern University), Stacy is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God and has spent decades helping people and organizations grow with purpose.
After 15 years in the Raleigh, NC area as a Novartis medical sales representative - while also advising church plants and revitalizations with the NC Assemblies of God Network - Stacy relocated to the Navarre/Gulf Breeze community in 2019. Today, he serves as Business Development & Marketing Manager for Gulf Breeze Natural Gas and as Lead Pastor of East Bay Church, guiding the revitalization of the church’s 48-year legacy over the past six years.
Married for 24 years and a proud parent of four (two adults and two teens), Stacy brings an approachable, real-world perspective to leadership. Fun facts: he toured in college as a signed recording artist with his band, loves all things sports, and his newest obsession is disc golf.
Terry Light is a local entrepreneur and community builder whose leadership blends public-sector experience with small-business grit. She and her husband, Dean - now retired after 26 years in the U.S. Air Force - have called Navarre home since 2021, and together they own Pik-itz Art & Antiques on Highway 87.
With a Master’s in Public Administration and a career spanning government and nonprofit management, Terry “retired” in 2017… and promptly launched her next chapter. She opened Pik-itz in a leased Navarre location, then navigated the full journey of purchasing land, building from the ground up, and opening their current site in 2019. Today, Pik-itz is a hub for the community - hosting food trucks, a year-round Saturday Outdoor Market, and serving as the home of the Annual Woofstock dog festival.
Through the real-world process of constructing and growing a business, Terry has gained deep insight into working with local and state entities - experience she now brings to her civic leadership. She has served on the Navarre Chamber Board of Directors since 2023, currently sits on the Executive Committee, and leads as Chair of the Government Affairs Committee.
Kyle McGee is a Gulf Coast native who grew up in Gulf Breeze, and today he’s a dynamic entrepreneur and real estate leader with more than a decade of experience in development and investment across the region. In 2017, he founded Sunchase Companies, which has since built 100+ homes, completed $42M in development projects, closed $100M+ in real estate transactions, and now owns and manages eight multifamily communities totaling 314 units along the Gulf Coast.
As Founder and CEO, Kyle is focused on growing Sunchase into the area’s leading full-service real estate investment and property management firm - combining vision, disciplined execution, and long-term strategy to create lasting value for communities and investors.
Kyle is also the author of his debut book, Built to Lead - a practical, faith-centered guide to becoming the leader God designed you to be. Through personal stories, real leadership lessons, and biblical truth, he shares how to build a life of integrity, influence, and purpose.
Grounded in faith, family, and business, Kyle brings a steady, purpose-driven approach to leadership. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Peyton, and their three boys - Clark, Camden, and Brooks.
Allison Black is a retired United States Air Force Colonel whose 32-year career exemplifies courage, excellence, and mission-focused leadership. She enlisted in 1992 and spent more than six years as a SERE specialist (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape) - building the resilience and mental toughness that would define her leadership for decades to come.
Commissioned as an officer in 1998, Allison served the next 24 years in U.S. Special Operations Command and Air Force Special Operations (AFSOC), leading in some of the most demanding environments in the world. With multiple deployments, she has flown 3,400+ hours, including 2,000 combat hours, aboard the AC-130H Spectre Gunship and U-28A Draco - bringing calm, precision, and decisive leadership when it mattered most.
A proven commander at every level, Allison culminated her military service as the Installation & Mission Commander of the 1st Special Operations Wing at Hurlburt Field, Florida (2024) - a capstone role overseeing people, mission readiness, and operational excellence.
Allison also brings deep strategic insight, holding a Master’s in Strategic Communications from George Mason University and a Master’s in Security Studies from the National Defense University. Today, she continues to serve in a new capacity as Director of Special Program Strategy at Sierra Nevada Corporation, while investing her time in family and supporting nonprofit veteran organizations - leading with purpose long after the uniform.
Dr. Kalli Donaway Clement, CScD, CCC-SLP is a purpose-driven leader blending clinical expertise, entrepreneurship, and community impact across Navarre and Okaloosa. As a speech-language pathologist with Florida Early Steps, she partners with children and families to strengthen early communication, feeding, and developmental progress during the most critical years of growth.
Beyond the therapy space, Dr. Clement is the owner of Perfect Blend - a community-centered coffee shop rooted in the belief that great coffee should also create connection, belonging, and opportunity. That same vision inspired her to launch The Capability Project, a nonprofit dedicated to helping businesses create welcoming, supportive work environments for individuals with disabilities - shifting the lens to “ability first” and building real pathways to meaningful employment beyond Perfect Blend’s doors.
A hands-on servant leader, Dr. Clement is deeply involved throughout the community: volunteering with the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, serving as a board member with ABLE Academy, coaching with Miracle League, advising with Okaloosa UP, serving on the leadership team and volunteering with CLC Disability Ministry, and supporting Help on Hooves. Her leadership is defined by action - creating spaces where people are seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Sadie Kolves is the kind of leader who doesn’t just talk about transformation - she’s lived it. From a troubled childhood to the “safe” lanes others expected of her, Sadie knows what it feels like to simply go through the motions. But in 2015, she had an undeniable aha moment: she looked at the life she’d settled for and realized she could be - and do - so much more.
That shift in belief changed everything. Through relentless work and a renewed mindset, Sadie rewrote her story and unlocked the potential that had been there all along. Today, she is a twice-published author, speaker, podcast host, and seven-figure entrepreneur, living proof that your past doesn’t get to dictate your future - even in the face of trauma like abuse and abandonment.
Sadie wrote her book Anything Is Possible to help others reclaim their freedom and take ownership of their lives, with a special passion for empowering young people who are still trying to find their self-worth amid the pressures of growing up. As a Live2Lead Navarre Beach’s Panelist, along with moderating the panels, Sadie brings energy, empathy, and real-world wisdom - inviting every attendee into the same message that changed her life: Anything is possible… on the other side of belief.
