Local resident Elizabeth Powell Crowe, author of Genealogy Online, now in its 9th printing, will tell us her five favorite online genealogy sites as well as a bit about the online resources of the Navarre Library September 28 at 5:30 p.m. at the Navarre Library, 8484 James Harvell Road. A journalist, Crowe's family got involved in genealogy after discovering an old Bible with family records going back to 1812. Her father really was a rocket scientist and she has been involved with computers since the early days. Genealogy Online is the natural child of that combination. The 9th printing, to be released mid September, has something for every level of genealogist.
