Military & Veteran Affairs Committee Meeting

The 2026 Military & Veteran Affairs meetings will remain on the first Monday of each month.

The February 2nd meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. in the Ira Mae Hewatt Bruce Conference Room at the Navarre Chamber Information Center (1804 Prado Street, Navarre).

We do not plan to have a guest speaker, as we’d like this meeting to serve as an introduction and an opportunity to hear updates from area installations.

Lunch will be provided and sponsored.

Please mark your calendars for the annual Navarre Area Military Appreciation Picnic scheduled for 9 May at Navarre Park (8513 Navarre Parkway).

Dr. Lisha T. Wallace and Mr. Michael Kennedy have been selected as Co-Chairs of the Navarre Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee. As recent U.S. Air Force retirees, both are honored and excited to continue supporting the military community through this leadership role.

The Navarre Chamber Military & Veteran Affairs Committee fosters collaboration between local military installations, civic leaders, and the business community while promoting programs that support service members and their families.
