“Sail On, Sailor” 2025 Annual SAIL Awards & Installation Breakfast

Inspired by the Beach Boys’ timeless song “Sail On, Sailor,” this year’s theme captures the spirit of perseverance and resilience that defines both the song and our Navarre business community. Originally written in part by Brian Wilson, the song tells two stories — one of a sailor navigating a difficult voyage, and another of life’s broader journey through challenges. Its nautical message of endurance and optimism mirrors the determination our businesses continue to show, especially during times of uncertainty - like the current federal government shutdown.

Just as “Sail On, Sailor” remains a classic that endures across generations, so too does the strength, adaptability, and unity of our Navarre business community.

⚓  Join us as we kick off with the Annual SAIL Awards & Installation Breakfast on Friday, February 27, at St. Sylvester Catholic Church (6464 Gulf Breeze Parkway).

During the breakfast, we’ll proudly present the prestigious Annual SAIL Awards, celebrating:

• SUCCESS: Recognizing outstanding business achievements and growth
• ACHIEVEMENT: Celebrating significant milestones and accomplishments
• INSPIRATION: Honoring those who inspire others through leadership, vision, and innovation
• LOCAL IMPACT: Acknowledging businesses making a meaningful difference in our community

We’ll also honor the 2025 Board of Directors, under the leadership of Andrew Rowe (Synovus Bank), along with the dedicated members of our chamber committees. Then, we’ll officially install the 2026 Board of Directors, as the gavel is proudly passed to Sylvia Tarnuzzer, owner of Sylvia’s Recreational Travel.

The celebration will continue with our exclusive VIP Celebration Party on Saturday,
February 28th, open only to Sponsors, Board Members, and Annual SAIL Award Recipients — an evening of connection, recognition, and celebration of those who keep Navarre’s sails strong and steady.
