Whether you are just beginning your journey into the wonderful world of wine or you are a certified "Wine Snob", you are invited to join us for our next Women 2 Women Connecting.
Self-proclaimed Wine Snob Gretchen Carter, owner of Organized Occasions Concierge, will lead us through some basic information on grape varieties, production process, serving temperature and how to read labels. Participants will enjoy tastings of major varietals available in the US (both retail and restaurants).
"Wine 101" Objectives:
- Learn about some of the major grape varieties
- Cover wine production basics
- Learn the basics of food and wine pairings and serving techniques
- Taste and evaluate wines
