If you and/or your business/organization wants to donate a door prize for our Annual Navarre Chamber Membership Kick-Off Breakfast on Friday, August 28 at 8 am, please complete this form. You can then drop off your prize at the Chamber Office (1804 Prado Street) or have the winner pick it up from you at your office.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO DONATE A DOOR PRIZE, BUT THE WINNER MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN THE PRIZE.
