Emerald Coast IT Services (ECITS) is seeking a reliable low-voltage contractor or technician to support ongoing residential and small business structured cabling projects in the local area. We are looking to build a long-term working relationship with a dependable partner who takes pride in clean, professional installations.
This is a subcontractor opportunity ideal for independent technicians, small electrical contractors, or low-voltage specialists looking for consistent project-based work without the need to manage client relationships or sales.
Scope of Work

Installation of Cat6 cabling in residential and small office environments

Retrofit cable runs (attics, crawlspaces, drop ceilings)

Termination of keystone jacks, wall plates, and patch panels

Basic labeling and cable testing

Occasional installation of network racks or equipment (light duty)
Typical Projects

Residential homes (2–8 drops)

Small offices (5–25 drops)

Occasional multi-room or light commercial installs

What We’re Looking For

Experience with Cat5e/Cat6 installations and termination

Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and retrofit environments
