Hello, I’m Dr. Pamela – your local acupuncturist here in Navarre, FL.

You may have heard of me—or maybe not—especially if you’ve been exploring alternatives to managing pain beyond medication.

I opened my practice in the heart of the pandemic in 2020 with one simple intention: If I could help just one person, that healing would ripple through the community.

Most people come to me for pain. But it’s not always just physical. Sometimes it’s emotional, spiritual—hard to name, but deeply felt. The kind of pain that wears on the soul and weighs on the body.

In my work, I look beyond symptoms. I listen for the stories the body is trying to tell.

Like the man with shoulder pain, unaware he’s been carrying the emotional weight of his entire family for 40 years. Or the woman with chronic fatigue whose spirit is simply tired of searching for something more.

I don’t see my patients as sick or broken. I see them as whole—just a little lost. And together, we start the journey home.
