Sparkle & Surf Property Care Services is a family-owned and operated cleaning company serving Mary Esther, Fort Walton Beach, Navarre, Navarre Beach, and surrounding communities.

We provide residential cleaning, vacation rental turnovers, move-in and move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, property refreshes, and small office cleaning.

Our approach is built around detailed work, clear communication, and dependable follow-through. Clients receive confirmed service scopes, completion updates, and photo documentation when appropriate. When visible damage, maintenance concerns, missing items, or low supplies are noticed, we document them so clients are not left wondering what happened after service.

We offer Initial Cleaning for new recurring clients, one-time cleaning, weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring service, along with pet-conscious, fragrance-free, and fully green cleaning options.
