Together We Thrive, Inc.

Dr. Caitlin Pollard is the Founder and CEO of Together We Thrive, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to infant safety, maternal and paternal mental health, caregiver education, and family wellness. She also serves as Manager of Organizational Advancement and Compliance for a nonprofit behavioral health organization, where she specializes in grant writing, policy development, accreditation, quality improvement, and organizational strategy. Dr. Pollard holds a Doctor of Health Sciences from Campbell University, a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). Her work focuses on evidence-based public health initiatives, community partnerships, and expanding access to resources that help children and families thrive. She is passionate about creating lasting community impact through education, collaboration, and advocacy.
