About Us

Creative Process Counseling is a small corner of the world where you are reminded you matter, you are loved, and you belong. My mission is to demystify mental health with education, community, and creative expression. My vision is to nurture inspiration and empower transformation with whole-hearted connection, courage, integrity, clarity, and trust. I specialize in working with women, helping professionals, adolescents, and families affected by the military. Some areas of expertise include expressive arts, trauma informed yoga, grief & loss, anxiety (general, work-related, school-related, & social), depression, trauma, military life challenges, prenatal/post-partum wellness, individualized education planning, daring leadership, and spirituality. It is my honor to serve as an advocate and mental health resource so that we can all live well and leave our legacies of love.
