Owner Josh Gregory brings more than 17 years of hands-on residential and commercial construction experience to every inspection. As a Florida State Licensed Home Inspector (HI10393) and Licensed Mold Assessor (MRSA5499), plus InterNACHI Certified Professional, FAA-licensed drone pilot, and infrared thermography certified, he combines deep local knowledge with advanced inspection technology.
