  • Helene is expected to bring severe weather across Florida which will create restoration challenges and could lead to widespread, extended outages.
  • To help speed restoration, we’re pre-positioning a workforce of thousands, and are opening 18 staging, parking and processing sites in areas expected to be heavily impacted.
  • It’s time to finalize family and business emergency plans, including securing backup power for life-sustaining medical equipment and making relocation arrangements.
  • Safety remains our top priority – for both our crews and our customers. We urge you to keep it your priority as well – before, during and especially after the storm.
