National Association of Conservation Districts Feral Swine Fencing Cost Share Program

 

The Blackwater Soil & Water Conservation District will be facilitating a cost share program for Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties from a grant funded by the National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD). This program is for fencing in agricultural lands and is intended to help improve areas affected by feral hogs.

 

Open enrollment is May 1 through June 14, 2024. All applicants must be eligible agricultural producers with the Farm Service Agency. The application can be found online here. Completed applications may be emailed to Levi Blackmon but a hard copy will also need to be mailed or delivered in person to the Blackwater Soil & Water Conservation Department at 3927 Hwy. 4, Suite 102, Jay, FL 32565.
