NAV BCH Raises $1,012.56 for Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center's Hurricane Recovery
Local Navarre Beach brand rallies customers across 12 states and 25 cities to help support the Center’s hurricane relief fund.
NAVARRE BEACH, Fla. – October 28, 2026 – NAV BCH, a locally-owned Navarre Beach apparel and lifestyle brand, raised $1,012.56 for the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center (NBSTCC) through a special online fundraising campaign supporting the Center's recovery following Hurricane Isaias.
The funds will help the Center address critical needs following the storm, including roof damage repairs, covering emergency animal evacuation costs, and replacing food supplies lost during extended power outages. Contributions will also support the non-profit’s ongoing mission of sea turtle conservation, rehabilitation, and education for the community.
“The funds mean a lot… roofs are not cheap and the storm damage was unexpected. We are incredibly grateful for every dollar. The support from our local community means so much to our team, and even more to our turtles,” said Alex Fox, COO, Marine Biologist & Animal Care Team Manager for the NBSTCC.
The campaign contributed 20% of online sales from the NAV BCH website with support from customers across 12 states and 25 cities. According to campaign analytics, 41% of customers chose to add an additional donation to the NBSTCC with their order.
“Navarre Beach is more than a place we call home. It's a community we show up for,” said Misty Rae Ruthrauff, owner of NAV BCH. “The Sea Turtle Center is such an important part of our beach community, and we're grateful for everyone who shopped, donated, and helped us support their recovery. Seeing the participation from so many different locations reminds us how far a little local love can go.”
The fundraiser reflects NAV BCH's ongoing commitment to supporting the community it calls home. Through its beach-inspired apparel and lifestyle products, the brand celebrates Navarre Beach while finding opportunities to support local organizations that make the area special.
