New 35 mph speed limit goes into effect for E Spencer Field Road on Monday, Feb. 10
The speed limit for E Spencer Field Road in Pace/Pea Ridge, from Hwy. 90 to N Spencer Field Road, will be changed to 35 mph beginning Monday, Feb. 10. The speed limit will be for the entire road.
