If you have a school-age child or grandchild, including college-age, or if you're otherwise a concerned citizen wanting to learn more about online risks, I hope you'll join us for this free educational event, October 13 or 15 (two dates, same event).
Experts will share about online risks and how to protect what matters most – our kids. Through a partnership with Escambia County Public Schools, we are pleased to present this opportunity to shed light on how to prevent exploitation and protect our kids.
Experts will offer valuable information for parents, grandparents, educators, healthcare providers, and all other concerned citizens. It’s open to the community, and there is no cost. Content is sensitive and intended for ages 13 and up.
Dr. Andrew Doan, an expert in media addictions, as well as school leaders and local law enforcement officers, will take a candid look at what’s happening on the other side of our youth’s screens, plus the protections currently in place by our schools and law enforcement agencies.
I encourage you to take advantage of this no-cost opportunity to hear from experts about online risks, and how to best protect ourselves and our kids. Lives depend on it.
P.S. We are thankful to sponsors Publix and Escambia County Sheriff's Office for making this free educational event possible.
