The Santa Rosa County Library System and Santa Rosa County Veterans Services, in partnership with Feeding the Gulf Coast, will host a Veterans Food Distribution on Friday, Nov. 6, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Jay, Milton and Navarre libraries.
The program will provide preregistered veterans with a box of food items to help support local veterans and their families.
Preregistration is required by Tuesday, Nov. 3.
Veterans may preregister by phone or in person at either of the following Santa Rosa County Veterans Services offices:
- Milton Office: 6051 Old Bagdad Hwy., Suite 204, Milton, FL 32583
- Gulf Breeze Office: 5841 Gulf Breeze Pkwy., Gulf Breeze, FL 32563
Veterans may also preregister by calling Santa Rosa County Veterans Services at 850-981-7115 or contacting their local Santa Rosa County library at 850-981-7323.
Proof of veteran status is required during preregistration.
Food boxes will be distributed to preregistered veterans on Friday, Nov. 6, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the following Santa Rosa County libraries:
- Jay Library– 5259 Booker Ln., Jay, FL 32565
- Milton Library– 5541 Alabama St., Milton, FL 32570
- Navarre Library– 8484 James. M. Harvell Rd., Navarre, FL 32566
