The Christmas in the Park Committee's first meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 16th at 3 pm at the Navarre Chamber/VIC. This committee helps organize and decorate Navarre Park for the holidays and for the Christmas in the Park event - including the annual Navarre Christmas Parade.
Please come for an hour long meeting to briefly discuss these items below and any you bring to the table:

- Do we want to change the parade route, change of venue completely
- Do we want a Grand Marshall of the Parade
- Get the Yacht Club involved this year – Parade of Boats
- Encourage recruitment of a Title Sponsor for the entire event
- Review of Subcommittee Leads for 2013 (especially one to promote sponsorships)
- Start review of Christmas decoration repairs
- Repair of existing
- Painting of items
- Ideas for new ones
- Removal of those no longer used
