Sign up to tune in this weekend on Saturday, Dec. 16 from 8:30-10 a.m. (CT) and learn how to use the free, online graphic design tool Canva. You'll be able to create virtually anything creative for your business afterward — from social media posts and banners to printed materials, to video content and presentation slides. You'll also learn key design principles to be an efficient pro.
Register now to join us in Pensacola Monday, Jan. 8 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the chamber of commerce to hear from our UWF APEX Accelerator expert and the Small Business Administration's Sara Logsdon. Sara has over 12 years of contracting experience and is excited to share her federal contracting insights as well as the systems and opportunities available to small business owners.

In this bootcamp-style workshop, Kyle Polhlopek, Certified Public Accountant with Gulf Winds, will be going over what you need to know for strong business and personal finance.

A '24 Heads Up!
The Florida SBDC Network is excited to announce the Small Business Success Summit, Aug. 19-20 in Jacksonville at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa. The purpose of this annual event is to provide small businesses with the added support necessary to reach new heights. The summit will feature keynote speakers, 20+ breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. Be part of the event as a small business owner or entrepreneur, and walk away with strategies and connections that will help your small business. Tech Series

Unlock savings with Section 179 tax relief! This lets small businesses deduct the full cost of qualifying equipment or software purchased during the tax year. If you're planning to buy computers and tech equipment soon, be sure to purchase and start using by Dec. 31 this year to take advantage of this tax benefit!
